The lifeguard will also provide superior customer service to resort guests and owners in order to ensure a smooth daily operation.<br><br><b>WHAT </b><b>WILL I BE DOING?</b><br><ul><li>Act appropriately in emergency procedures (as trained).</li><li>Make recommendations to Supervisor on any related issues that will enhance guest experience.</li><li>Maintain a clean facility at all times including performing cleaning duties of entrance ways, lobby, multi-purpose and first aid rooms, pool, deck and change rooms.</li><li>Ensure pool decks, chairs, hot tub areas and equipment are cleaned and well organized.</li><li>Follow up on guest requests, questions and concerns in a prompt and attentive manner.</li><li>Enforce pool rules, ex. smoking, drinking, and reserving chairs etc.</li><li>Document any damage or maintenance deficiencies and missing inventory items.</li><li>Interact with guests and homeowners to provide accurate resort information.</li></ul><br><b>WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?</b><br><ul><li>NL Certification required.</li><li>First Aid with CPR 'C' required.</li><li>Recertification of awards to remain current will be required.</li><li>Partial completion of High School.</li><li>Previous customer service experience required.</li><li>Must be age 15 as per Ontario Legislation.</li></ul><br><b>AUTHENTICITY EMPOWERMENT COLLABORATION PURPOSE</b><br><br><b>BLUE MOUNTAIN RESORT COMPANY OVERVIEW</b><br><br>Blue Mountain Resort is Ontario's largest mountain resort.
