Our client, a leading organization in the Logistics industry, is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join their team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be part of the Claims Department supporting efficient data management and customer interactions. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle large volumes of data, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Data Entry Clerk - Claims Department

Location: Mississauga, ON

Pay Range: 20$-22$/ hour

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST

What's the Job?

Perform accurate data entry and manage claims efficiently.
Allocate claims based on how they are received.
Monitor incoming emails and assign claims to the appropriate agents.
Organize correspondence by moving emails into the correct folders.
Provide professional communication and interaction with customers as required.
What's Needed?

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle large volumes of data effectively
Previous experience in data entry or claims processing is a plus.
Experience in Salesforce
